Tech
Please bring:
- your chargers (video, recorders, batteries, computers, usb devices)
- your batteries fully charged when you arrive – bring extras
- laptop – if you have, bring two, so you can run one on battery if other one is empty or charging
- low power computing: if you have devices that consume little power, prefer those
- Arduino kits, sensors. If you want to communicate with our sensors, please use Zigbee series one modules, Pro or regular.
- GPS, camera, video camera – what ever you need for your project
- solar, wind or other energy providing units to use or test
- any custom casing or construction material you know you need
- if you do not use european 220V sockets, please bring one adaptor + personal extension cable that covers your needs in an alternative system. We will use either direct 12V, or 220V (either produced by inverter from solar/wind or on grid power).
- one personal LED light (handy if you can wear it on your forehead type)
- cables and adapters that you need to connect your own devices
! No need to bring:
- no soldering iron (we have some operating with gas, in emergency, can use 220V version)
- no screw drivers, wrenches, drills and the like (we have a set of most things)
- no glue, silicone
- no ethernet cable. 220V extension cable
Living
Please bring:
- your own towel
- one set of sheets (under, and top, pillowcase). We will have some, but life is much easier if you bring one set along. We have blankets and pillows.
- If you have xtra space at the end, add your sleeping bag (not a must)
- please bring your own shampoo and personal chemicals. We prefer biologically degreadable ones.
- any medication you may need like anti histamines, pain killers
Food and drink
We have all basic cooking equipment. Please bring:
- your favourite teas, coffees, spice, candy
- we will not provide alcohol: please bring your favourites
- please bring one durable drinking water bottle you can carry with you
- if you have a special diet, please let us know.
- if you are a smoker, smoking is allowed outdoors, yet not around communal spaces. It is vital to always place stubs to containers (no trash may go to nature).
Clothing
- both summer, and cool spring options
- good shoes for terrain as well as sandals. If space, something water proof.
- rain gear
- wind proof jacket
- T-shirts, shorts
- Sweater or woollies for the evening time

Sports and Leisure
- swim gear
- gloves (for rowing or kayak perhaps)
- your fav outdoors thing to do kind of gear
- if you like fishing, any fishing gear is welcome
If you want to fish, other than angling, you need to pay an annual and regional license. Can be done online.
